"Everybody can be great because everybody can serve...." ~Martin Luther King Jr.

We need your help!

On Monday, January 16th, we will be bagging sweet potatoes from 9:00AM-1:00PM in Durham. These sweet potatoes were harvested in October and have been curing in a warehouse since then, but now is the time to get them ready to be distributed to feeding agencies and food pantries.

Please join us in the parking lot behind the Community Family Life & Recreation Center at Lyon Park (1309 Halley Street, Durham). Walk around the building on the Kent Street side to find 40,000 pounds of sweet potatoes ready to be bagged! We need as many helping hands as possible so come join us, even if only for an hour.

We hope to see you soon!

If you are an organization that would like to receive sweet potatoes, please email us at firstfruits@wisdomforlife.org
